Help with Denied Access

1. If you use Windows 2000

If you use Windows 2000 a slightly different type of Login is necessary. See our instructions for login with Windows 2000

2. General

Check that you have entered username and password correctly:

Your password is case sensitive, so make sure that CAPS-lock is off and that you have any Capitals in the correct places;

3. In Windows XP + Internet Explorer

Most likely cause for login issues using Windows XP are the security settings of Internet Explorer or the settings of the firewall. What you have to do is add foodinnovation.biz to the trusted or safe sites.
