Issues with the Subscription Process

If you have problems to subscribe to the Health and Safety Center or PotatoPro, here is what to do:

Go back to the subscription page (PotatoPro, Health and Safety Center) and subscribe again. Take care to avoid misspellings in your E-mail address.
Make sure you do not forget to click the confirmation link in the E-mail that is send to you. It may take up to 15 minutes before you receive this message if the server is busy.
If you do not see any message from us after you subscribed again, please check your Junk-mail box. Occasionally the confirmation message is rejected as spam.
In rare cases, the confirmation E-mail is filtered out by a server and does not show up in your Junk-mail box either. If that happens, please subscribe with a hotmail or yahoo account. Next, once you have confirmed and received a message from us that states that the subscription is complete, click the link "To update your contact information:" at the bottom of one of the messages that you received from us. Click this link will bring you to a menu where can change your E-mail address to your preferred E-mail account.
Please add info@foodinnovation.biz and Paul@Foodinnovationonline.com to your contacts to lower the risk of rejection as spam.
Also, add foodinnovation.biz to your safe sites. If you are on a corporate network, ask your IT department to do this. This is especially essential if you had trouble with the sign up process.
